1. Copy the two shortcuts...
"Call of Duty 4 - Multiplayer" and "CoD4 Dedicated Server" to your desktop
(or any other folder where you put your shortcuts)

2. Copy the "iw3mpHAMACHI 1.6" to your CoD4 installation folder.
("C:\Porgrams Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare" by default)

3. Now start CoD4 Dedicated Server from your deskto.
(If you get an error, because the file cannot be found.
you might need to configure the shortcuts if you have CoD4 installed somewhere else,
than the default directory)
