I lost my cd for a week and had no way to convert videos because the people at SanDisk are idiots and don't provide this program except from the original cd that comes with the player. So, don't lose your cd, or just download this . I zipped this up this time, because first attempt did something to the setup.exe file and it was not working properly. This one should. Peace.
